Yoga Sessions

If you have navigated a bit through my website, you might have an idea that I aspire to spread a holistic approach to life.

 

Yoga for me is a lifestyle, It is beyond "nailing" an asana.  The learnings we acquire during the process of understanding how to do a certain asana go beyond our time spent on the mat and reflect in our lives.

Apart from the countless health benefits for the body and mind, Yoga also grounds us, it allows us to center and calm ourselves. This in turn brings us closer to what lies within as well as those around us. 

 

 

I am eager to share all that Yoga has taught me and continues to teach me. So, are you ready to begin your journey with me?

What to expect from the classes? 

 

A 1 hr 15 minutes / 75 minutes of Hatha Yoga classes are divided into Pranayama and Asana practices. 

 

As we progress deeper into the practice,You would slowly be introduced to the practice of meditation.

 

The classes will be structured to meet your needs, remember yoga is for everyone! 

 

We will work towards preparing the body to attempt asanas, while building strength, flexibility and mobility.
